100 % Plant-Based Pure Black Garlic Seasoning! Our black garlic shaker contains only 100% pure black garlic, with no additives or flavorings. Black garlic is made by fermeting white garlic in a specific enviroment for a period of 30-120 days, after which it acquires deep black color. The fermentation process also changes the garlic's texture and taste - it becoming similar to dried fruit: soft, chewy, sweet and tangy, with only faint garlic flavor. We use only the highest quality black garlic that takes 120 days to produce.
